This training will cover Minnesota Expungement Statute 609A.01

We will explain which crimes can be expunged, at what point it can be done, what materials are required to do so, and what resources are available to assist people in the process.

Moreover, the same information will be presented with regard to Minnesota's Pardon Statute 638, the MN Board of Pardons, as well as the process for requesting a pardon.
