We encourage you to participate in this event, hosted by MNSCC partner and sponsor, Minnesota Justice Research Center. 

Join the Minnesota Justice Research Center for a powerful conversation and workshops analyzing the recent events of the killing of George Floyd, the uprising that followed, and the path forward to re-imagine Minnesota's justice system.

This annual conference will take place over two half-days, Wednesday, November 18 and Thursday, November 19 from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and will bring together criminal justice practitioners, legal experts, scholars, and advocates to re-imagine a justice system that functions more effectively, humanely, and with the public's trust.

Keynote speakers include Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (invited) and jon a. powell, the Director of the Othering and Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley.

General Admission tickets are $50; CLE credits are $125. A limited number of scholarships are available by request to: info@mnjrc.org.

This year's Re-Imagining Justice conference is being held in the memory of Tom Johnson who passed away in June 2020 after a six-year battle with cancer. Tom dedicated his life to addressing racial disparities in the criminal justice system and is a founder of MNJRC.
