criminal justice system.  How do we practice affirmative actions that will elevate the victims of the system
and compliance? I’m sure many people are wondering what the donut hole is and why is this such a powerful
concept, join us to discover this new perspective of goals and balance.

Presenter: Dr. Raj Sethuraju

staff, probation agents, community members, and justice personnel on restorative practices, trauma and
healing, value-centered leadership, community building, and unpacking implicit biases and raising
consciousness utilizing restorative practices. In his latest work, Dr. Raj explores the depths of our justice
